|Recommended: YesImpressive — If someone were to ask me what it's like living at Spring Creek Apartments, I'd tell them it's homie. I don't even have all of my things unpacked yet, but it already feels like home. The amenities offered at this apartment are far greater than I've seen around Sioux Falls. You definitely pay for what you get, but it's worth it in my opinion. You can tell the design and products in the unit were really thought out and well done.

|Recommended: YesFeels like home — I've been living at Spring Creek for less than a month, and it already feels like home. I've met a few of my neighbors and they are very friendly. The gym is never busy a good space to workout in. Occasionally I can hear my neighbors walking above me, but it does not bother me An easy commute in or out of town. Overall, it's hard to leave for work because I love it here so much.

|Recommended: YesComfortable, Pleasant, Safe, and Excellent Location — Spring Creek Luxury Living is an excellent place to reside The location is ideal because it is in Sioux Falls yet on the edge of the city where there are open views of the countryside. The staff in incredibly attentive, friendly, accommodating, and personable. The community of residents is friendly, courteous, and pleasant. It always feels like a safe environment. The floor plan of my unit is logically and well laid-out with some nice amenities. The fitness room is great for exercise and the community room is luxurious and conducive to group gatherings. I also tremendously enjoyed underground parking, especially on cold and snowy days. It is very easy to feel at home at Spring Creek Luxury Living. It is worth every dollar paid.
